Notes:
- All of this booklet is recommended reading for everyone, even though some portions of it may appear to be only relevant to those who have "compulsory enrolment" and/or "compulsory voting".
To see why this is the case, you could imagine that those sections are written about something else which is applied to you. It is surprising how much of this is directly applicable and appropriate, even when the word "voting" (in "compulsory voting") is substituted for another - I'll leave it to you to consider the possibilities.
- This booklet deals mainly with various issues related to "voting" (in the area of "politics"), and is intended to be read in conjunction with the many other reports, articles, etc. provided elsewhere - as it is not complete in itself, and it is beyond the intended scope of this brief introductory discussion to satisfactorily answer all questions or objections.
- Some of the viewpoints presented herein are completely new to most people, so you may find it beneficial to read Report #03: How to Improve Your Information first.
