to secure their appearance before the Court that made the order or they
may consent to the making of a Community Based Order.
For a Warrant to Seize Property: (Warrant Type PD, CD, MD)
In default of payment, seize and sell the property of the person
or corporation named in the warrant. Where insufficient property of a Corporation
can be found for seizure, an order may be made to declare persons who were
Directors of the Corporation at the time of the offence(s) to be liable
for the amounts outstanding. In this situation the Director(s) may have
their property seized and sold, or as a last resort they may be imprisoned.
